Some years ago I had a Brain Aneurism which left me very worn-out and aged. Besides that, with the day-to-day disappointments I remained very worn (and) flaccid, and then decided to do facial plastic surgery.
I met Dra. Mariângela when I was asked by a dermatologist to accompany my nephew to the Hospital dos Defeitos da Face (Hospital for Facial Defects) to remove some "spots", (it was then that I) felt her very accessible and capable.
With allot of tranquility, I looked for her for an appointment and then I set (the date for) the surgery.
She did a total lift, with the eyes and neck. What attracted me most about the Dra´s proposal was knowing that the surgery would be done with a technique that would accommodate the muscles so that only afterwards repositioning the skin, without leaving a "pulled" appearance. (1)
I felt so happy because of the result, that I did not even perceive the normal discomforts of the recuperation (period). In ten days I was active again, only with small surgical tape (note: flesh colored) near the eyes and chin, with little swelling.
The surgery surpassed my best hopes. (A person) Who has not seen me in some time does not perceive that I submitted myself to a surgery, because my features have not changed. They only find that I am well, that time has not passed for me. I am already planning a new surgery, with Dra. Mariângela, without a doubt.

Dra. Mariângela comments regarding the procedure
(1) Throughout the concepts of CraneoMaxilloFacial surgery, more or less 20 years ago, I concluded that in the facial aging process exists a weakening and falling of the musculature, which is associated to the weakening and falling of the skin and facial fat. These concepts have become stronger through these past years until to me they have become an absolute truth.
The beginning of my professional life coincides with this new concept, and to me, this concept appears extremely logical. So much so that from that time on, I have been repositioning the facial musculature in the treatment of facial aging.
